Problems with mi Nari Ultimate Headphones

Good afternoon. I was having problems using the mic of mi headphone Nari Ultimate. After some time of use or after activate o desactivate mic, start to fail, and sounds like interference o something like that and other times sounds like robot. I don't know what can happend
