Nari Essentials buzz sound at max volume

Hello, so I just purchased a Nari Essentials headset yesterday and I've noticed that at full volume there is a slight buzz sound, a static white noise. I've tried playing around with the settings in Synapse but nothing changed. Afterwards I thought the issue might be the interference from my pc since the dongle is plugged in the back panel (I don't have a working usb on the front panel), but after unplugging the dongle and leaving the headset on it seems the static noise still persists. There doesn't seem to be any fix, is this normal or should I ask to return them ?

Well I have had a issue where the left channel was buzzing right was fine, soooooo I got an air blower like can air (I have a battery powered one) blew the case and mic cage now it works perfect I believe the dust inside causes static like the old fashioned pin center mics. Give it a blow then give it a go.
