My Razer Ornata Croma doesn't type properly

Whenever I use any keys on the top row it adds the number to it as well eg: 3e3e3 5t 6y2w 6y does anyone know how to fix this if so pls could help me out.

    Is this happening on different applications on your computer? Have you also tried plugging it in to another computer to isolate the issue?

    nope it affects everything on my computer, and i got a new pc yesterday and it still types like 3e
