Razer Thresher Ultimate for Xbox One

So I've had this headset for about a year now, maybe a little more. Anyways, the port for the audio hub's power, the micro USB. Seems to be acting very sensitive lately. It's rather annoying when you're gaming, and suddenly all sound stops, and you can't hear your friends. Only to find you need to readjust the cord again. I really have no problem spending some cash to say buy a new audio hub. But I don't feel the need to go get an entirely new headset. This one has performed exceedingly well for me. Both on Xbox, and pc. And I purchased this when the price was similar to the Nari Ultimate's current price. Or more even? Regardless. I hope someone on the inside can give me some insight. I like the products. I do also still have the serial numbers for both items. And to answer a question about Razer care, no I did not opt for it. Also aware of the product just not being supported at all, but I feel it doesn't hurt to ask.

Have you tried switching cables yet? It could be a cable issue just as much as it could be a loose port on the hub. Either way, send me the serial number so I can look into your options. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
