Tartarus V2 keys not working
The only key that works is the back and turn right on the joystick. I managed to get the joystick to work on back, front, strafe right and strafe left, and the thumb button to work for a couple of minutes. After trying a few more things to get the rest of the keyboard to work, those stopped working again. I've tried it on two different computers with the same results, so it's definitely the keyboard and not the computer. It's been three days of searching for answers and finding nothing, so... help

Is it still detected in the Device Manager, and does it also behave the same without Synapse in the background? For the time being, please do a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following this guide. If the problem remains apparent, then this could be a hardware issue. I'd appreciate it if you can send me a short video clip showing the issue along with the serial number of your keypad, a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use them to verify its model and validate its warranty.
