Nari Ultimate unable to connect with Xbox one

I have recently bought Nari ultimate to upgrade from my Kraken. I found it works perfectly with my PC and Laptop. Only problem is, I am not able to connect to my Xbox one. When using the USB receiver on the Xbox, it will comes with a tone like it was connected, but no audio comes out. Tried connecting using Xbox pairing button, it will not be able to connect at all. Only way I can get the audio running is by using 3.5 audio jack cable. Which is kinda defeat the purpose of me buying the wireless headphone tho. Any support person can assist me on this? :frown_:

    PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to verify its model and check its specifications. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a copy of your proof of purchase, in case we will have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
