Razer huntsman large keycaps not reseating properly

I removed all of my keys for the first time to clean them and when putting everything back in the large keys with the stabilizers would not click back into place the same way they were before I took them out (yes the stabilizers were positioned correctly) the small fork where the metal bar is held onto would not snap back on and instead rests on top of it resulting in the keys resting higher than normal and just feeling weird, as far as I know I have done everything correctly according to the razer video on how to remove and replace keycaps, as for what I have tried to remedy this the extent has been searching for solutions and attempting different methods of pushing the key back into place to attempt to get them to snap back in and none of this has worked so I was referred here via the razer youtube channel comment section. (this is the second post because the first one went completely unnoticed.)

Did you follow the steps from this link? The optomechanical keyboard should be cleaned with microfiber and use compressed air from a can while holding it upside down. Please refer to this video. Please be aware that if keys were removed from the keyboard and changed it typing behavior is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Anyhow, allow me to forward this to our Support Team by sending me a PM, including the device's serial number. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
