Viper ultimate is no longer charging

my viper ultimate is stuck at 0% battery and i cant use it unless its connected via wire and dongle at the same time, i cant even update it because the dongle update passes but the usb update just dosent wanna go through for some reason it wont let me click it ive seen so many reports of it in the forums but whats the use of a forum if the replying support person always takes it away to pms and nobody ever gets the answer for more than themselves charged the mouse for days but nothing its still on 0% tho i did see a 1% at some point but it was probably a bug considering it died the second i unplugged it

    We bring conversations to PMs for several reasons. The top of that would be for security purposes. Anyways, this issue could be from debris or dust impeding contact between the mouse’s charging contact surface and the pogo pins on the dock. One way to fix this is by cleaning both the pins on the charging dock and the mouse charging contact surface using a soft-bristled toothbrush and clear larger debris from the pogo pins and the contact surface. Then use a cotton bud slightly soaked in isopropyl alcohol to wipe off smaller debris and oil. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can use it to verify the model of your device and find other ways to fix this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
