Razor Blade 15 Advanced 2021 Issues that I cant fix and they cant either!

I have done everything you have asked. I am getting very frustrated with the things I'm being asked to do with my computer and they are not fixing the issue. I even got asked to restart my laptop lol! I'm sorry I'm just annoyed at this point its been 3 weeks.
