The sound balance of my right earpiece starts with 38%, I have to fix it manually. What could be the reason for this =?

    Have you tried connecting your headset to different USB ports and check if it yields the same issue? Try isolating the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
