Razer Viper Ultimate side buttons not working.

I've had this mouse for a year and a half now and every few months both side buttons randomly stop working. After maybe 3 weeks of not being able of using the side buttons they work again. I can't stand this problem anymore it's so annoying and my RMA time has run out. Is there any fix?

    Do you get the same result when using it via wired and wireless mode? Try isolating the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't work, do send me the serial number of your Viper Ultimate via PM. I can use it to verify its model and assist you further.
