Speakers ( THX Spatial - Synapse ) no longer working.
Everything was working fine for my headphones until last night it randomly cut off sound. I kept trying to find different fixes to no avail. I have a Razer Kraken Tournament 7.1 Surround sound edition, and it no longer lets sound through on the normal output I have used since I got it. It allows me to use 3 different outputs but only the "Razer Audio Controller - Chat" one works and it makes everything sound super weird and distorted and honestly just isn't bearable having bad audio. I have reinstalled audio drivers multiple times via windows troubleshooter and it hasn't worked. Really a bummer because I haven't had issues with my razer products until now. Any help is much appreciated.

Make sure the Synapse application is updated and click here for the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition firmware update. If that didn't help, perform a clean installation of the Synapse application by following the steps here. Feel free to check our self-help or PM me should you need further assistance.
