Kraken Pro Audio issue

I’ve owned my Kraken Pro headset for sometime now (a few years) and I’ve never dropped the headset or gotten it dirty but my right side has randomly stopped working it was working fine earlier but now has just stopped sending audio to the right side completely I’ve tried the headset on a PC, PS4 and iPhone and none of them has given any different result
