Pro type keyboard disconnect

My pro type keyboard keeps disconnect these few months. Even if the Synapse is uninstalled, it still happens. Anyone knows how to solve this problem? It said it can be connected with 3 modes - Wired/ bluetooth/ 2.4 GHz on website. Thus, i think wired can solve this problem but there is no wired connection on the user manual and the keyboard is not connected even if the USB-C cable is connected to PC. The keyboard is disconnected 2 times while typing this messgae...
