wifi wont turn on

Hi. I bought a Razer phone 2 a few days ago and today suddenly the wifi stop working. it wont turn on if i try to toggle on the setting app get stuck it turn the screen black and then appears a message with two options. close the app or wait. i reset to factory settings, wipe all the data in the recovery menu but without any success. please help.

    Hey there. Sorry to hear that your Razer Phone 2's WiFiconcern still remains even after doing reverting your phone Operating System to factory default. Simultaneous press and hold the power and volume up button for 7-10 second, wait for the phone to restart and see if it helps. Ensure that there are no Apps installed on your phone before re-establishing a connection to WiFi.
