Naga V2 Pro: Macro problem

Hello, Recently bought the Naga V2 Pro as a replacement of my older Naga Trinity. I mainly use it in an office space where I make a lot of use of many different macro's for repetitive tasks and passwords. I've used and am using many different razer products and this is the first product where I've encountered any problems with the macro when not having Synapse active. Normally this is not a problem as I always keep synapse active as I do have buttons assigned to do stuff only possible with Synapse active. But I've up until now always used a macro to log me in on my laptop in which case Synapse isn't active, which worked fine for any other razer product except Naga V2 Pro. Naga V2 Pro has been updated to firmware v1.01.00_r1 And Synapse is on version 20221108 When using the Naga V2 Pro through wire or 2.4 dongle the macro proceeds as normal but doesn't use the shift key, so depending on caps lock the characters all come out lower case or all high case and no symbols. When using the Naga V2 Pro in bluetooth it doesn't do/allow for any macros without synapse. In configuring the mouse buttons it even shows that requires synapse for pretty much anything which also spills over into it's wire and 2.4 dongle mode. Saving any settings using bluetooth just makes all custom settings unusable without synapse. Is this normal behavior or is there anything I can do on my part to resolve this issue?
