Razer nari ultimate rapidly disconnecting by playing sound

Yesterday i was using my razer nari ultimate without any issues. Today, while playing, the sound went off without doing nothing special. Checked out and realized that whenever i tried to play some kind of sound or even the mic, the headset disconnects and connects rapidly. Tried to uninstall synapse, download again, updated everything. Can’t use windows troubleshoot cause it will appear in an intermittent way. Tried the dongle recovery tool, whitch i could only use when headsets where off cause it whould treat them as if they where being disconnected and connected everytime. Almost same with the pairing program, with the same dificculties of being disconnected. I dont have any other razer products, and this one has been working greatly the last almost 3 years (Dont think the warranty would help). At this point i dont know what to do anymore.
