For the past 10 months I have been trying to get a replacement USB dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro which I purchased in 2022. The item was never in stock and I was never able to get one even now. Of course now I cant get one because Razer made the greedy decision to just stop selling certain replacement parts. They also don't have support options for that type of issue I noticed. How very interesting that a problem Razer artificially created is also one they don't have proper support for.
I had to lie to the automated system in order to get access to a real person who, bless her heart Rizza you were so nice so thank you, did her best to put in a request for an exception. Or at least i hope she did because I got disconnected suddenly and without warning from our chat before it ended. The Razer website “crashed”…
For a company that seems to claim to be “for gamers by gamers” it sure does do its best to do a lot of stuff against gamers. If Razer wants to be considered a quality company, like they already claim to be, maybe its time to start support the customers right to repair and to start making your support system something besides a set of unnecessary hurdles. Every business makes bad products now and then, but business practices are a different story. Anyways off to ebay to get a second hand dongle, so that I never have to give Razer money again.
Razer Support is a joke, and the company doesnt support right to repair
