My account is temporary locked

I really need help with my other account, is there any nice GM helping me? plz!
Its allright since 04/06/2024, I tied to login in 06/06/2024 and failed with temporary locked.
I guess the problem is login with different device or wired network problem.
Looking forward Gm’s help really!
