So i got a new blackshark v2 x headset and somehow i got echo on it i tried fixing it on surround sound 7.1 but i figured out that to link the device you need a serial code and that code is placed on the box which my mum threw a long time ago. My main question is, Is there any other way to link a device instead of a serial code? i got my headset here only.

I understand that you’re having issues with your razer headset audio and you also want to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound. Before w proceed, please vist this link as your guide to check the device serial number and sent it to me via PM so I can verify its model.
