Both Razer Synapse 3 and 4 not installing

Thanks for sharing your concern in this forum. Were you able to replicate the installation to another PC and check if the problem persists? Are you using a personal computer? Are you also connecting to your home network? Are you using a computer with dual OS? To further isolate teh problem, try restarting your computer. Verify your firewall or antivirus software settings to ensure they are not blocking the application. Make sure your system specifications meet the minimum requirements here. Run the installer as an administrator by right-clicking on the Synapse installer and selecting "Run as administrator" to grant it the necessary permissions for installation. You can also try the troubleshooting in the support article. If issue persists, PM the following information so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate your concern to the Software  Team for an advanced resolution:

• Windows version
