Hello,
I recently purchased a Razer headset, but it arrived with a crack in the plastic on the bottom right of the headband, which has since split open completely. I would appreciate a replacement or, at the very least, a repair for this issue. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to contact support directly, as the link provided seems to be inactive.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
