Razer cortex and Red Dead Redemption 2

I have a problem while launching Razer cortex automatically along RDR2. It causes extreme stuttering and audio distortion. The only way to use it with RDR2 is to lauch cortex manually when the game is alredy running. Can I have some advice on that matter?

    i have issues as well wtih only RDR II. I must exsit that app to run the game otherwise I loose 20-30 fps. I have not found any solutions ohter than existing app
