Viper v3 PRO mouse stutter refund (sensor)

Hello guys,

 

From time to time my mouse stop in place and jump to the bottom of the screen.

 

It happen once or twice in an hour.

 

Would this be fine to refund it?

 

I tried blowing air in to the sensor to clean it but I cant see anything there.

 

Also would I get money back or just a replacement?

I’m here to help. I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro cursor is jumping intermittently and that cleaning it didn’t resolve the issue. Have you tried testing the device on another PC without Razer Synapse installed? Does the issue occur when using the device in wired or wireless mode?
