Razer Keyboard Typing Wrong Characters – Need Help!

I purchased a Razer keyboard in October 2024, and it has been working fine until today. However, I suddenly noticed that some keys are typing incorrect characters. For example:

• When I press B, it types BP
• Other keys also seem to be producing unexpected outputs

I've tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:

1. Restarting my PC
2. Unplugging and reconnecting the keyboard
3. Checking for stuck keys or debris
4. Testing the keyboard on another computer

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could this be a hardware defect or a software-related problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
