Hi，I purchased a Razer keyboard in October 2024, and it has been working fine until today. However, I suddenly noticed that some keys are typing incorrect characters. For example:When I press B, it types BP Other keys also seem to be producing unexpected outputsI've tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:Restarting my PC Unplugging and reconnecting the keyboard Checking for stuck keys or debris Testing the keyboard on another computerHas anyone else encountered this issue? Could this be a hardware defect or a software-related problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!

May be a hardware defect. But I’d check the keyboard on another PC without installing Synapse. Also what’s the keyboard model?
