My l2(LT) button on eazer kishi v2 isnt working and is buggy.

I've used both v1 and v2 controllers. The  v1 controllers  left side became unusable. The reason I believe that problem occurred was when I was playing battlefront (which requires lots of strain on both LT and RT) and the game glitches and crashed I reloaded and nothing worked. I threw it away after doing everything I could to try to fix the issue. So, I then buy the kishi v2 a few months later in October 2024. I played with it very little didn't play on xcloud so I played souly on fortnite and minecraft. Then as of a week ago 3/23/25 I was like "hey lemme buy xbox game pass" and use my og account so I purchased it hopped into forza and immediately LT didn't work so I was like ok lemme just exit and re-enter, and so I did same thing happened so I hopped on fortnite and the LT was pressing and unpressing itself and I couldn't get it to work properly, and so my character is always aiming or not aiming I can't control it. Every other button works perfectly and I know it not from me dropping it or some sort of external damage. It happend when I used that same xbox account, and it almost like a infection almost ,and I  think it's that xbox accou t that is corrupting these controllers, I've done ALLL the steps uinstalling, clear data and cache, force stop use the nexus app souly. NOTHING I've even changed the phone to see if it was my phone nope same problem. I changed to Luna cloud gaming same problem the only game that works correctly is minecraft. Which is NOT what I bought this for. But this is such a weird problem I have used this controller since October fine on an another xbox account not; everyday but regularly, and if I'm not using it I put in the box. But, I use it on that og account once and since then the LT button isn't working and is glitching in games. It's a weird phenomenon I'm aware but I've spent at least $150 on both kishi gens and I must say it hasn't been the smoothest experience and I just want to be able to play my games thats the reason I bought this. I hope yall can fix my problem. I bought this in 10/24 so I should have a warranty but the policy is very tight and strict even though I clearly bought it. But any help is greatly appreciated and thank you. Sorry for the long  feedback.
