My name is Mohit Anand. I bought a razer blade 15 with the option of 240hz screen and rtx 2070. But when I received it, it was damaged and screen was flickering. So I recorded it and sent the laptop back to the company for replacement and they received the laptop on 7th jan. What the problem is I have told many times that I will receive my laptop or the update from the warehouse team through mail or with 2-3 working days, but unfortunately not got any mail. And yesterday I finally asked them for the refund with the tax that I paid and was told that I will receive an email after the chat ends but same thing same thing happened again which is not getting any email regarding the laptop or the refund. The issue I have been told earlier was that my laptop is not in stock, the very next day I was told that 'our warehouse team is reviewing the laptop', and then another excuse is due to holidays. Today is 25th and I guess I am really tired by playing mouse and cat. Can you guess suggest some actions that I can take to solve it..... as soon as possible..
