is the nommo pros dolby supposed to sound bad?

i cant use dolby since i hear a metalic or metal noise. is it supposed to sound like that and my thx doesnt sound loud. yet this is new since i just got these yesterday brand new from amazon.

    I dont use dolby for quite some time but i dont remember i have any sound distortion on doby, Try to delete speakers from windows device menager and force it to install again.
