Blackshark v2X mic connection continued
I received a reply to my previous post regarding the microphone on this headset not working with Windows 10 and the chat was locked by agent. (Razer.Caziel). I have not been able to try to respond until now.
If I have understood the reply to my earlier post the headset mic does not work with PC’s and requires that you use the PC’s in-built mic when using the headset. If this is correct I think we have been mis-sold the headset which claims to work on PC, Mac and xBox and which we bought only a month ago on the premise that it did work fully on all the platforms. I see no clear clarification that only the headphones work on a PC and not the mic. The headphones and mic work okay on a Mac and an xBox so why should they not work on a PC?
