Synapse 4 - Linked Games not working

It’s a known problem. There is nothing we can do about it other then wait for a fix or go back to Synapse 3.

And for some peripherals it’s not possible to go back, because they’re not supported by Synapse 3.

same here. Switch profile feature when launching Overwatch2 doesn’t work so I delete it in synapse4 (I had it before because scan games worked only 1 time when I have installed S4) and now can’t add anything ! so annoying

I solved the problem myself, Razer support didn't help me.

The problem is probably due to the transition from an older version of Synapse 3. When I installed Synapse 4, Synapse 3 was uninstalled at the beginning of the installation, but probably there is something left on the disk and inside the Razer profile from previously detected games in Synapse 3 and that is somehow conflicting.

The solution is a clean installation of Synapse 4:

• So first migrate your settings from Synapse 3.
• Uninstall Synapse 4, and to be safe, also other Razer software (e.g. Razer Axon).
• Delete all directories that have the word "Razer" in the name in these folders:
  C:\Program Files
  C:\Program Files (x86)
  C:\ProgramData
  C:\Users\........\AppData\Local
• Restart your PC
• Install Synapse 4 (use the latest version of the installer)
• Restart your PC
• If the problem still persists, uninstall and reinstall Synapse 4 ..... I had to do this 4 times before I started seeing games, adding games manually and before the automatic profile switching started working.
