I want to update this thread with some important news — after several months of following up, Razer has finally provided me with a FREE redeem code for THX Spatial Audio Standalone.
If you're one of the users affected by the THX Spatial Audio downgrade after the November 2023 Synapse 3 update, here's a breakdown of what happened and how I resolved it.
❗ Issue Summary:

After the 6 Nov 2023 Synapse 3 update, THX Spatial Audio:

Lost 7.1 surround config support

Lost game-specific profiles (e.g., Valorant)

Lost positional calibration

Started showing only Stereo output in Windows sound settings

Razer Synapse no longer had the same features that were present before the update

✅ Razer’s Final Response:
They acknowledged my feedback and provided a one-time THX activation code for the standalone version as a goodwill gesture.
