Lancehead Mice. The mouse pointer sometimes doesn't move. Please help me.

Hi, there's been a problem in the Razer Lancehead mice for the last few days. The pointer sometimes does not move. There are no problems with the Mice's lights. And I closed the Router/Modem. So it doesn't work. I uninstalled the RAZER SYNAPSE 3, but the problem persists. Help with the solution.

    Does it happen on different applications? Have you also tried connecting the mouse on another computer?
