Razer Mabma TE just quits working randomly

Since the first day I've gotten this mouse it has an issue where it just randomly stops moving the mouse. I can right and left click just fine but the mouse will not move. I've tried various surface types and there is no rhyme or reason for it. It kind of feels like the driver is restarting itself. Any idea if there is a fix to this? It's got me on the verge of tossing this thing in the trash and never buying another Razer product again. Supposedly this is one of the best mice on the market.

    Let me assist you with this. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Razer Synapse on your computer to see if the issue got addressed? Also, is this happening on different applications on your computer?
