My razer electria v2 usb not being detected by windows

Hello I was playing a game and in the middle of the game my razer electria v2 (usb version) headphones stopped working. I closed the game and checked my playback devices and the headphones are not showing there my windows 10 and razer synapse are up to date. I tried to connect it to my pc again and there was audio but headphones were not showing up in the playback devices and I also started hearing a fuzzing sound or something similar to that not sure how to exactly describe it. I added a screenshot to my post of what my playback devices looks like now, with the headphones plugged in.
