Sync Synapse Between Desktop and Laptop

I do most of my gaming on my desktop, but when I travel I will use my laptop for gaming. I bought the Razer Blade 15 and installed Synapse so I could adjust the lighting of the keyboard. I used my Synapse profile login, but none of my desktop devices are showing up in Synapse on the laptop. I tried exporting the profile manually and emailing it to myself, but the devices will still not show. How do I download my profile from the cloud so I can use it on my laptop?
