need help updating razer phone 2 from 8.1

i have a Razer Phone 2 that I bought from someone on Facebook Marketplace and its OS is still stuck on 8.1 and its last security update was in april 2019 it says. Where can i get to its downloads for newer updates without using the OTA service or how can I perform manual updates on this device? the OTA updates do not find anything as well.
