Razer Wireless Charger with Qi phone

If it exists, I have a Pixel 2, I think you can only find and use it with a Razer phone. I might be totally wrong. Actually, I'm hoping I'm wrong because then I'd be less bitter about my purchase. I bought a Razer Qi wireless charger because I wanted another piece of Chroma in my ecosystem. I thought, because hey, brand new product, this should be as plug and play with the Chroma features since my keyboard, my mice, mousepads, laptop stand, HDK kit, Nommo Pros and EVERY OTHER THING works with the full featured Chroma ecosystem. This charger doesn't. And if it does, it's some combination of "use this software and not that one" or "that device is still on Synapse 2 and this one isn't. "Oh, that's "FULL chroma" while this mouse is "extended Chroma"...bleh.

Agreed, I just find it strange that there is an app for iPhone to use the charger and it states there is an app for Android in the online faq but it's no where to be found

Says it is incompatible with my phone.... strangely enough it says its compatible with my android tablet that does not have qi...

I do not... But according to the description it says it will work with Qi enabled phones

Yeah it's compatible with my Android tablet too but the app can connect to the wireless charger via bluetooth in order to change the chroma configuration of it.

Ok. could I use the tablet to set it up and then bluetooth pair my phone with it instead and use even though it says the app isnt available for it?

You won't be able to do anything from the phone par charging even with connecting to it so you'll have to set up the lights since it won't install on your phone. I'll pass on the info though see why it's not supported by phones but is tablets cause it's rather strange.

Cool thanks yeah it is really strange that it isnt able to work on other android phones, but tablets sure!

Did you ever receive an update on this? I have an S9 and no tablet to control the wireless charger :(

Unfortunately not no. I won't personally hear back about anything I pass on as it's feedback to higher powers :( the only time i'll know if it's fixed is when a user tells me.
