Razor Support/Refund is one my worst experiences getting support


I bought Razer Gold $100 USD using crypto on January 1 to celebrate. I got an e-mail that the transaction was complete and noticed the Razer Gold never came so i contacted support took them 5 days and said that due to Bad Gateway the transaction didn't get completed even though i got an e-mail from them saying that it was complete which they asked me to send. After that they asked me to get a refund which I had no idea where to ask and had to find it myself as they never replied to the e-mail where i asked how do i ask for a refund and luckily a friend knew where i could ask for a refund. So i sent a request to get a refund of $100 and it's been another 4 days and still have not gotten a reply and now I'm very nervous did i get scammed by Razer? I hope not.
