Mamba wireless Freezing

Looked online and found tons of issues on this.... most threads were locked by support. I've tried contacting support with no luck either. So my mouse will randomly just freeze for a few seconds... over and over... I've reinstalled software, I've even tried it on a computer without the software. Both Mac's.... Also tried this on windows computer with and without software, wired and wireless..... I'm out of options... expensive mouse, poor performance. Razer support doesn't seem to be much help. Anyone else know a fix around this, or is the best option to just return it for my money back and go back to my cheap amazon mouse that has 0 issues.

    Hello. Just to make sure, what variant of the Mamba do you have? Is it the Mamba 16000 that comes with a dock or the new Mamba Wireless that comes with the USB dongle? Have you tried to reset the surface calibration? Let me know.

    so far only way I get it to not glitch (at least today anyways) was to close the Synapse2 app while using

    so this morning I went to the calibration, once I click it, I can add a Razer mat since that's what I use... it does nothing... no pop up to select, no nothing... so right now the enable surface calibration box is unchecked
