Cant register razer huntsman keyboard

Got new razer huntsman keyboard and i tried to register it but says unknown serial number? any help?

Hello. I had a similar problem. Try using lowercase letters when entering the serial number.

@Yaarelia and @OakSorcerer Don't worry about it. Send me a PM with a screenshot of the bottom part of the keyboard where the S/N so I can help you register your devices.

I was managed to register it by combining lower and upper case letters in my serial number.
