Razer Kraken Chroma v2 not detected in device manager and synapse

Okay, so i found my Razer Kraken Chroma v2 headset and i plugged it in and everything was ok, but then i did a sound test and the mic quality didn't change, nothing if i pull the microphone away, unplug etc. Then i opened sound and then playback devices and i can't see my headset, same with device manager. I had synapse already downloaded but not used. I logged in and it does not detect it. Laptop : Acer Aspire e5-575g Audio Drivers : Realtek High Definiton Audio (sorry for bad english)

Hi there! Which variation of the Kraken are you using? Is it the one with the USB connection or the one with the 3.5mm jack? Let me know.

I use the one with the jack.

Thanks for the reply. Analog headsets will not be recognized by the PC as well by Synapse. Does your PC have a combo jack? Also, have you tried using the headset with other devices to see if the mic works?

Okay, it does not work on other devices so its probably broken.

Thanks for the update. I see. Please send over the serial number of your Kraken to me through PM. I'll see what I can do for you.
