All my keyboard and mouse functions suddenly change

This has been a problem for awhile now I thought my motherboard was broken but now I have a completely new PC and I am still having this issue. W opens up Microsoft word docs. left click basically does nothing right click runs administrator for apps. L opens up Linked in. basically all my keys and mouse buttons do nothing at all related to their normal function. I don't want to delete my software seeing as I have become accustomed to my mouse settings but I do not know what to do. I record YouTube videos and the only way to fix this is to completely log off or somehow get task manager open and restart my razer apps but this is impossible because Ctrl Alt Del literally does nothing when this happens. Also NO this is NOT a virus I have already checked for that and this is a brand new PC that has nothing on it as of now.
