I've been having strange issues on and off with the keyboard. Generally, it's fine but quite often it randomly just decides to either not respond (lights go off) or it just doesn't respond and the only way to get it working is to unplug the USB cables and reinsert or even restart the PC as it sometimes locks the entire thing.
I've since uninstalled the software and so far so good. However with doing that I've lost the custom key colours I setup and instead it just cycles colours.
I thought there was some internal memory on the keyboard that allowed you to set the colour settings using the software then save it to the keyboard??
Is there any way to keep my colour profile but not have the software installed?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. Unfortunately, you need to use Razer Synapse 3.0 to customize its settings. and yes, the Razer Huntsman Elite have on-board memory which can store up to 5 profiles directly. Once you've saved it in your keyboard, it should retain it even though it is not connected to your current PC. By the way, you can export your customizations like chroma effects and macros from Razer Synapse to your PC before and import it after to eliminate the hassle of redoing everything.
