Razer Gold Reload via Subway Card
Hello everyone,
I bought i subway card to reload Razer Gold but i wasn't able to reload it as there was no option to reload through subway card. can anyone help?
Will the subway card option will be back again or is removed permanently?
Please help.

As much as I'd like to help you out, I have limited visibility towards Razer Gold so your best bet is to contact that particular team. You can reach them by submitting a ticket here.
Happened to me too a while ago, also tried 2 different accounts and 2 different PayPals. The best answer their support team can give is that the "top up transactions were flagged by our payment processor and subsequently cancelled" but they didn't even seem to know themselves.

Michael8264The main reason for this is the influx of fraud that we've been getting and for some reason, we've been told that we get a lot more attempts than other companies. No guarantees but if you send me a PM with your Order Number, I can check what's actually going on.
