Razer Synapse stuck on "Connect R.S. compatable device"

I am using a Razer Naga mouse and as of May 1st the Synapse does not register it, but my color settings are still working, I just cant use any of my macros or open anything in the synapse. I tend to swap between macros 5-10 times in a day for certain profiles, and it was working until it just suddenly wasn't (never closed synapse). I have tried rebooting, changing the USB port, and uninstalling than reinstalling Synapse. Nothing works. Windows 10 home edition The menu it is stuck on. https://imgur.com/72SrORi

    I dont quite get what kind of issue you have i can only assume your mouse is not recognized in synapse ? Can you be more specific and write what exact mouse you use and version of synapse.

    I'm having a similar issue, I have a Deathadder Elite and synapse 2.0 and it refuses to recognise I have my mouse plugged in after a re install of windows and synapse.

    Try install synapse 3 :)
