7.1 Surround Volume Meter Doesn't Effect Audio Level When I Change The Value

Recently when I am using Razer 7.1 Surround audio system, the audio's level doesn't change when I increase/decrease Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound), instead I have to change the default audio channel Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio) in order to get a different audio level. When I re-install the 7.1 Surround driver/app, it works fine up until I reboot the system, afterwards it does the same thing. Normally both drivers' audio would increase/decrease when I change either one, but after booting up Windows only 7.1 gets increased when I drag around said audio driver's meter. It is currently set to 10, but setting it to 0 or 100 is basically the same. Changing this however, works just fine. But it's a terrible process to do over and over again.
