Blade 17 2022 keyboard query

Hi, I was just wondering if this is normal or if a setting can be changed. Keyboard lights up ok but the alternative key functions are not lit. For example the number 1 key, the 1 is fully lit but the exclamation mark isn’t, seems a bit odd that all key alternatives are not lit, can imagine it being a bit hard to see them in the dark.

    It is expected behavior on the keyboard of some Razer Blades purchased outside the US. Please refer to this article.
