Hi, have a problem with mouse, was using razer synapse v3 beta for my naga hex v2 and i am not pretty sure but after instalation chroma got a bug, a razer symbol can't get red color and because of that when i use red color on mouse it is dark. Please help.

    Hi there, @Nirvacsh! Can you post a video or picture of the said issue that you are having? Also, can you provide us the serial number of your Naga Hex V2 through PM? Let's start from there.
