My light settings for my firefly are not staying

The light settings I choose for my firefly cloth are not staying after I select them. I choose wave and then it just changes to a spectrum cycling after like 15 minutes. Something may be wrong with synapse

    Do you have any profile/profiles created for this device and also you have any profiles for studio module ?
