Razer Sila & PS4 - Port Forwarding, Can't Switch to NAT 2

This is a question about port forwarding to my PS4 IP address (which **is** static) I've followed the instructions from the product FAQ page, have double & triple-checked both the IP address and the ports being forwarded to my PS4, but I'm still stuck on NAT 3. Another issue I'm having, possibly related, possibly not, but starting two threads at the same time seemed...selfish?... has to do with updating the network my Sonos system uses. I have a bunch of Sonos speakers, and I want them on the Sila network as opposed to my old wifi (I bought two Silas and am planning on a mesh network, and I think that the Sonos system will have fewer speakers dropping out on a mesh network), but the Sonos system cannot find any of the speakers when I go through setup. I have no idea why, I have no idea what to do. I did contact Sonos support and they looked over my diagnostic and said that, for some reason, the Sila was acting as a bridge for my actual router and that I needed to contact Spectrum and have them adjust that. After 40 minutes on hold with Spectrum and no one picking up, I unplugged the Sila and have reverted to my router's wifi setup. Any help at all would be great. Otherwise, I'll have to return the two Silas I bought and try another setup. Thanks.
